Featuring original choreography by Julianna Rubio Slager and a haunting score featuring Mexican folk music, experimental trumpet music by Nills Petter Molvaer and original music by Lhasa de Sela, La Llorona invites audiences into the emotional world of a mother unraveling and finding her way back.

Generations of children have grown up afraid of La Llorona but in this interpretation of the age-old Mexican tale, is the story of a mom just trying to find her way.
